I Can Do This
This is my personal fitness blog, I guess. To help you guys get fit in a healthy way, I'll post inspiring and positive thoughts and images.Right now I'm 5'4" and 151 lbs. My ultimate goal weight is 110-115, although right now I'm just trying to get to a healthy 135. Wish me luck:) I'll be documenting my progress and tips I discover along the way.

10 Facts About Me:)
10. I’m in FFA! I love it! I get my first dairy heifer tomorrow. I’m so excited! I’ve decided to name her Nala. She’s a 4 1/2 month old Brown Swiss. I can’t wait for the shows.
9. I love music. I’ll probably post some playlists on here at some point:)
8. I live in Texas in the DFW area. It’s alright, I guess. I wish I lived somewhere cooler, like Colorado.
7. I’m 16. I don’t know, I thought I’d throw that in there.
6. I really want to get into running:) It’s one of my goals, which I will post tomorrow.
5. I’m learning to play guitar.
4. I sing, and I have been in choirs for 7 years now, and I’ve been taking formal lessons for 5.
3. I want to be a musician. I’d love to go to UNT or Berklee.
2. My mom is my hero. Kind of cliche, but true.
3. I have a pet bird named Baby. I love her so much, she’s a cutie. Or he. I’m not sure. I want a bunny desperately. I’m getting a cow tomorrow for FFA, and I’m getting a goat in October.
Today:)
Breakfast: Protein shake- 6 strawberries, 1 cup almond milk, protein mix
Lunch: 4 oz Chicken sausage, blueberries, carrots, rice cakes
Snack: Veggie burger patty with mustard
Dinner: 3 oz chicken sausage (I was too lazy to defrost any chicken or salmon I had), sauteed green beans, iced green tea with a tbsp of honey:)
I didn’t actually work out-I’ve been crazy busy, although I would consider what I did at the barn enough physical activity.
